CSG Donates to Canberra Hospital
17 September 2014
The Cancer Support Group is donating technology to the Canberra Hospital.
The Cancer Support Group will purchase two machines for the Canberra Hospital to assist in detecting Cancer and training hospital staff.
Due to the recent success in our fundraisers we decided to give back to the Hospital that cares and treats many of our patients.
We are donating two "Chester Chests", a portable device that enables health professionals to develop their skills in vascular access (such as inserting and withdrawing catheters).
CSG is also donating a Bladder Scanner that provides accurate data to aid diagnosis of an array of conditions and health issues associated with Kidney, Bladder and Urine function.
We feel incredibly privileged to be in a position to contribute facilities to a major hospital for the ACT and regional NSW. We hope these devices will assist the Hospital to diagnose and treat patients in the future.
